Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30, 1991, is better known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott), the American musician, rapper and songwriter. His stage name is the combination of the name of a favourite uncle and the name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) and it is his first major label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a contract to publish with Kanye's GOOD Music. He signed a recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April 2013. His Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the release of his debut studio album. The single that became his biggest hit, "Antidote", was featured on it. The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was the first Billboard 200 top 100 album. In the next year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the name group Huncho Jack.In 2018 the third album, Astroworld, was released to critical acclaim and produced the first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's compilation album JackBoys was released by Cactus Jack Records in late 2019. It reached the top of the Billboard 200. The single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott became the first artist in the Hot 100 to have three singles reach number one in less than an entire year, in the year 2020.
