Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979 was an American actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced several characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). Part-Italian, she's also of Italian descent. Cook first was featured in an advertisement for public service in foster care at seven years of age, and started working as a young print model at the age of 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and appearing on the boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
