Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub of the American is an actor, comedian, and activist. Her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and began her acting career as a child shortly after moving to the United States. In AT&T television commercials, she played the role as Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 until 2016 and into 2020. She was a regular host on Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also starred in a recurring role as a character on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. After being featured in the unaired TV pilot for New Warriors, Vayntrub also is the voice of Squirrel Girl on Marvel Rising. Vayntrub is a Jewish person, was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. At two years of age She and her parents moved to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. She started performing in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five, because of her family's financial problems. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, however, she quit in her sophomore year. She obtained a GED and then went on to earn an Associate of Arts in Communication from University of California, San Diego. Through the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied the art of improv comedy.
